Intended for Mayors and General Secretaries of the municipalities benefiting from the PCCM, the meeting aimed to strengthen local capacities on the management of municipal housing.
On the agenda, four modules: the program’s status to date, the applicable regulatory, technical, and financial framework, the preliminary actions before housing commissioning, and especially the rental management and sales mechanisms – setting rents, lease management, collection, and handling of unpaid rents.
