The Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure, NDIORO A MAMOUM, installed on September 15, 2026, the committee responsible for finalizing the tripartite agreement between Mintoul, the National Printing Office, and Impact Palmarès Printing Cameroon for the security of official documents.

The traceability of official documents is underway. The committee responsible for finalizing the tripartite agreement between the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure, the National Printing Office, and Impact Palmarès Printing Cameroon has been installed.
Created by decision no. 00192 of September 9, 2026, by Mintoul, this tripartite agreement aims to guarantee the security, authenticity, traceability, and proper preservation of official documents within the ministry.
Chaired by the Secretary General of Mintoul, Mr. NDIORO A MAMOUM, on behalf of the minister, this committee brought together members of the tripartite technical team to review the draft agreement. The goal was to ensure that all relevant technical, operational, and legal aspects were properly considered.
The discussions also focused on the collection and validation of information, the consolidation of contributions from various stakeholders, as well as the preparation of the final elements of the agreement and its annexes.
These consultations are part of the ministry’s efforts to strengthen institutional agreements and improve the efficiency of services supporting the tourism sector.
The process then provides for consultations with the decentralized services of the Littoral and sector actors before the final signature.
