On August 25, 2026, the focus was on inclusion. 40 people with disabilities were trained in promising and low-entry-barrier trades: beading and detergent making. An initiative aimed at direct economic empowerment through the acquisition of immediately marketable skills.
On August 26 and 27, the focus shifted to the professionalization of the wood sector. A theoretical and practical workshop brought together wood actors and related activities around drying and finishing techniques, often a weak link that degrades the quality of the final product. The other part focused on their structuring into cooperatives and networks, essential for accessing orders and financing.
