Cameroon: MSF puts eight used vehicles up for sale

The international medical emergency organization Doctors Without Borders has launched a call for tenders for potential bidders. The deadline for submitting applications is set for Friday, March 06, 2026.

Eight used vehicles are waiting for buyers at the medical organization MSF Cameroon. According to the offer published by the latter, MSF is selling six vehicles in Yaoundé in the Centre region and two in Mora in the Far North region. The prices of the different vehicles vary between 7,600,000 FCFA and 20,200,000 FCFA. The characteristics of the vehicles are contained in the documents posted online by MSF. All vehicles are Toyota brand and the models differ. These are seven Toyota Landcruiser/ 2014 or 2015 / Manual / Hard top vehicles and one Toyota Hiace/ 2014/ Manual/ Hard top vehicle.

Interested parties, legal entities or individuals, must submit their forms to MSF in sealed envelopes no later than Friday, March 06 at 5 p.m. They have the possibility to submit an offer for more than one vehicle. According to the conditions set, the bidder can only submit one offer per vehicle; the final successful bidder is responsible for collecting the vehicle(s) from its current location for any destination of their choice; each vehicle is sold in its current condition; in case of identical offers, a silent auction will be organized on the spot according to the terms that will be shared by MSF.



The file must consist of a sworn statement certifying full compliance with the conditions set out in the specifications; the bidder’s offer; a copy of the bidder’s national identity card; a copy of the bidder’s NIU; the RCCM for companies; proof of payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price of the vehicle concerned to be deposited into the account of Me Mbeleck Mbeinoun, bailiff.

Bids will be opened on Monday, March 09, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the MSF premises in Yaoundé Bastos. Full payment of the auction price of the vehicle plus 13% bailiff fees will be made by bank transfer.
