
Ngalle Bibehe participated in the second conference of the sectoral ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
The Minister of Transport of Cameroon, Jean Ernest Masséna NGALLE BIBEHE, took part, on February 11 and 12, 2026 in Istanbul, in the second Conference of Ministers of Transport of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), dedicated to strengthening connectivity between member states.
Welcomed at Istanbul International Airport, the member of the Cameroonian government held numerous bilateral discussions, notably with his counterpart from Türkiye and the President of the Turkish Shipowners’ Association. The discussions focused on maritime, logistics, rail, and air cooperation, as well as investment opportunities.
During the plenary session, marked by a videoconference address by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Cameroonian minister reaffirmed Cameroon’s commitment, under the impetus of the Head of State Paul Biya, to promote integrated corridors, innovative financing, and regulatory harmonization.
The meeting concluded with the adoption of resolutions in favor of a global connectivity strategy. Next meeting in 2028.
