Driven by favorable international prices, Cameroonian cocoa exports continue to generate increasing revenues in 2025, despite a decline in shipped volumes.

Export revenues for raw cocoa beans are up 18.7% compared to 2024, according to the National Institute of Statistics.
The improvement in cocoa exports is correlated with the rise in the price per kilogram of cocoa on the international market, where the unit export price has remained quite favorable for producers. After the sharp 90% increase in export revenues for cocoa beans in 2024, an 18.7% year-on-year increase is observed in 2025, reaching 810.2 billion FCFA, while over the same period, the quantities of raw cocoa exported recorded a 9% decrease.
