The postponement of the FENASCO ‘’A’’ games is explained by the visit of Pope Leo XIV to Cameroon. The head of the Catholic Church in the world will make an apostolic visit to Cameroon from April 15 to 18, 2026. This visit will take the sovereign pontiff to the cities of Yaoundé, Douala and Bamenda. To give him an exceptional welcome, the population is preparing to mass on the sidewalks and stopping points along his routes, as well as at the locations selected for the celebration of the three masses in each of the cities concerned.
