
Faced with the cries of the needy, the founder of ADDSE (Association for Sustainable Economic, Social and Environmental Development), Aboud Hachim Bouder, businessman and Chief Executive Officer of the HBC Group, did not remain indifferent. On behalf of ADDSE, which has become an NGO, the businessman presented a donation consisting of food and non-food items to the needy. More than 1000 bags of cereals, cans of oil, bags of sugar, boxes of soap, mats and mosquito nets were distributed to more than 1000 households in the city of N’Djamena.

The ceremony took place on March 11, 2026, at the headquarters of the said NGO located in Farcha in the 1st arrondissement of the city of N’Djamena. The beneficiaries welcome this highly significant and beneficial gesture during this time of Ramadan, when the price of basic food items is rising considerably, making the needy more vulnerable.
