The lawyer indeed accuses him of “defamation via audiovisual communication” against the national president of the PCRN, as well as three other people. According to the lawyer, Jacques Bertrand Mang accuses Cabral Libii of having received one billion francs from the Minister of Labor Grégoire Owona to recognize the victory of President Paul Biya at the end of the presidential election of October 12, 2026. He claims to hold videos that can attest to the truth of the facts. In the media and on social networks, he declares that Cabral Libii is a gravedigger of democracy, a “fake opponent in the pay of the regime.”
Furthermore, still according to the lawyer’s complaint, Jacques Bertrand Mang accuses Jean-Louis Batoum, Frantz Fritz Messey, and Clotaire Nguedjo of having killed Mrs. Ngo Lingom. Statements that the legal professional describes as unfounded and defamatory allegations. He asks the regional delegate to request certification of these statements from the National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies before proceeding with the arrest of the person concerned.
