The CEO of the structure signed a circular to this effect on February 10, 2026.

The General Management of the Port Autonome de Douala (PAD) signed on February 10, 2026, the circular N068-2600 strictly regulating the public statements of its agents in the media. The document follows the observation of public interventions made without prior authorization, in the name of the institution. Keen to preserve its image, its credibility, and the coherence of its communication, the Management recalls that any expression engaging the company must be validated beforehand.
Henceforth, any intervention in public or private media, television, radio, print press, online platforms, and social networks requires prior written authorization. This applies to interviews, debates, opinion pieces, and public statements likely to engage the position or interests of the PAD, its subsidiaries, or branches.
The General Management warns that any breach will expose its author to disciplinary sanctions, without excluding possible legal proceedings. It calls for strict compliance with these provisions.
