Under the theme “Optimizing the support system for entrepreneurs in CGAs: challenges, strategies, and perspectives,” this initiative by the Ministry of SMEs, Social Economy, and Crafts aims to bring entrepreneurs closer to support systems to promote formalization, governance, and sustainability.
At the heart of the discussions: benefits related to joining CGAs, accounting and tax obligations, new measures of the 2026 Finance Law, reform of local taxation and General Synthetic Tax, access to financing, and support for young and women entrepreneurs.
The ecosystem was mobilized: administrations, DGI, support structures, employers’ organizations, banks, chambers of commerce, CGAs, and technical partners. Objective: to raise awareness among 5,000 actors.

The caravan was deployed through a CGA village, a mobile caravan in the city, and visits to a young and a woman entrepreneur. Since 2016, MINPMEESA has been pursuing this dynamic across the country.
