With a net profit of 29.39 million FCFA in 2025, Douala Mooring Company will pay 25 million FCFA in dividends, representing nearly 85% of its annual result. A decision validated by shareholders at the General Assembly on June 19, 2026.

Shareholders of Douala Mooring Company (DMC) opted for a high capital remuneration for the 2025 financial year. Meeting in an Ordinary General Assembly on June 19, 2026, they approved the distribution of 25 million FCFA in dividends, taken from a net profit of 29.39 million FCFA.

This amount represents approximately 85% of the annual result of the company concessionaire for mooring services at the port of Douala-Bonabéri. The remaining profits will stay in the company’s accounts, but in limited proportions.



This choice reflects a desire to prioritize shareholder remuneration over strengthening equity. With a small portion of profits set aside, DMC will have smaller margins to self-finance its investments or meet potential development needs.
