For one week, from April 18 to 25, 2026, the city of Kribi will bring together public decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and specialists for the Exhibition of Economic Actors and Local Development, dedicated this year to the role of urban planning and real estate in the transformation of territories.

In Kribi, reflection on local development is at the heart of the exchanges. The seaside town will host, from April 18 to 25, 2026, the fourth edition of the Exhibition of Economic Actors and Local Development (SAEDEL), held under the banner of partnership and territorial innovation.
Organized at the Place des Fêtes, the event aims to be a space for dialogue and proposals around a central theme: “Urban planning, real estate, and sustainability: catalysts for local development.” For one week, public decision-makers, local authorities, investors, experts, and entrepreneurs are expected to share their experiences and consider concrete solutions to the challenges of urbanization and territorial growth.
The official kickoff will be on April 20 at 10 a.m., with the opening ceremony marked by institutional speeches and a visit to the exhibition stands. Public conferences, scheduled from April 21 to 24 in the exhibition’s dedicated hall, will be one of the highlights of this edition. Each session, lasting two hours, will address key issues related to urban development.
On April 21, the exchanges will open with the issue of land governance and the securing of the urban domain, before continuing in the afternoon with the role of real estate in territorial attractiveness. The following day, discussions will focus notably on the financing of housing and infrastructure, a crucial issue for supporting the expansion of cities.
With this new edition, SAEDEL intends to establish itself as a reference platform for thinking about the emergence of territories and encouraging sustainable initiatives in the service of local development. In Kribi, elected officials, investors, and economic actors will thus have the opportunity to share their visions to build the city of tomorrow.
