
Young Cameroonian entrepreneurs are called upon to submit their projects.
The Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC) officially launched on February 17, 2026, a call for applications for young Cameroonian entrepreneurs, as part of the Youth Entrepreneurship Promotion Program (PPEJ). This initiative is a prelude to the 2026 Technical Selection and Orientation Committee (CTSO/PPEJ) meeting organized by the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of La Francophonie.

The international meeting will be held from July 13 to 17, 2026, in Antananarivo, the capital of the Republic of Madagascar, and will aim to select the best projects led by young people from Francophonie member countries.
Through this call, the Cameroonian authorities wish to encourage innovation and job creation in strategic sectors for national economic development. The priority themes selected are digital, agro-pastoral, services, textiles,
environmental management.
Particular attention will be given to projects led by young women, in a dynamic of promoting female entrepreneurship and reducing inequalities in access to economic opportunities.
The call is addressed to young Cameroonian entrepreneurs, girls and boys, fulfilling the following conditions:
Be of Cameroonian nationality;
Be at least 17 years old and at most 35 years old as of December 31, 2026;
Be the promoter of an active young business;
Be registered with the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) and hold the Biometric Youth Card.

Candidates must submit a project developed in accordance with the CONFEJES business plan. The file must imperatively include:
A detailed business plan;
A birth certificate for each project initiator;
A certificate of training in entrepreneurship;
Pro forma invoices for the equipment to be acquired;
A copy of the statutes and internal regulations or a joint commitment (for associations or groups);
Property titles or equivalent documents for agro-pastoral projects;
Administrative authorizations required for certain specific projects (daycare centers, rural pharmacies, private schools, etc.);
An identity photo.
Complete files must be submitted to the central mail service of MINJEC no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.
Projects will first be pre-selected by the National Monitoring and Support Commission of the PPEJ (CNSS), based on the CONFEJES evaluation grid and additional criteria deemed relevant. The selected applications will then be ranked in order of priority.
