Since April 04, it has been done. “Honorable deputies, dear colleagues, history will remember that you were the architects of this important change. By your vote in Parliament, you are those privileged individuals who carried this initiative of the Head of State towards its realization,” declared the President of the National Assembly, Théodore Datouo, in his closing speech.
