The Task Force responsible for bringing reforms and innovations within the PCRN, created by the party president’s decision on February 12, is taking shape. Cabral Libii made a new decision on February 23, 2026, regarding the appointment of its members. At the head of the body, the president has placed a coordinator, Patrick Mohamed Owona, who will lead the team of 74 people, including Timb Sara, designated as “general rapporteur.”

Placed under the authority of the party’s secretary general, the Task Force is responsible for making proposals regarding the party’s organization. The team’s proposals will aim to improve the party’s internal democracy as well as prepare for the next elections. A final report containing recommendations is expected from this team at the end of the 70 days.

Designated as “general rapporteur,” Timb Sara learned of her appointment with “a consideration marked by gravity and enthusiasm.” For her, it is a mark of honor and the expression of the trust that the party president has chosen to place in her. The young lady, known for her commitment to literature and youth mentoring, says she lucidly measures the scope of this responsibility and the demand for excellence it implies. “Part of a dynamic of structuring, methodological rigor, and strategic efficiency, I approach this mission with serene determination and an acute awareness of the political, organizational, and historical issues surrounding it. The Task Force, as a body for proposal, impulse, and coordination, must embody clarity of vision, solidity of argument, and consistency of action.

In the exercise of my duties, I will ensure the establishment of a working method based on intellectual discipline, structured consultation, and the production of precise, actionable, and impact-oriented strategic deliverables. This will notably involve guaranteeing the traceability of reflections, the rigorous synthesis of proposals, as well as their translation into clear operational guidelines at the service of the PCRN.

I will also strive to foster a demanding and healthy collaborative framework, where every mobilized skill will contribute to the building of a structured, coherent collective thought resolutely focused on the deep aspirations of the Cameroonian people.

Aware of the historical responsibility that accompanies any dynamic of political transformation, I express the ardent wish that our collective work fully contributes to the influence of the Task Force’s activities and, subsequently, to the influence of the PCRN.

It is with loyalty, rigor, and a high sense of the general interest that I will assume this mission”
