Transformed by ministerial decree, the former Divisional Tax Centers are now fully operational.

The Minister of Finance on February 23, 2026, informed taxpayers under the Local and Individual Taxation Centers (CFLP) that tax assessments resulting from their declarations are now exclusively payable via the official payment platform called TRESOR PAY, as well as at CAMPOST counters.
This measure is part of the modernization and securing of public revenue dynamics initiated by the government. The Minister reassures users that the continuous improvement of digital tools made available to them remains a constant priority of the ministerial department under his charge.
For any need for assistance or support, taxpayers can contact the toll-free number 8200 or visit the HELPDESK platform of the Directorate General of Taxation. Furthermore, the Minister calls upon the usual civic responsibility of all taxpayers to ensure the success of this reform.

In the same vein, in a correspondence dated February 10, 2026, addressed to the President of the United Communes and Cities of Cameroon (CVUC), headquartered in Yaoundé, the Minister of Finance mentions the operationalization of the new Local and Individual Taxation Centers.
He recalls that, in accordance with decree No. 0000314/MINFI of March 25, 2025, the former Divisional Tax Centers (CDI) have been transformed into CFLP and are now fully operational throughout the national territory. These structures contribute effectively to the mobilization of resources intended for Decentralized Territorial Collectivities.
Regarding the newly created CFLP, the Minister requests the association’s support so that the communes provide temporary premises to house these centers, pending their installation in permanent buildings.
Through this reform, the Ministry of Finance intends to strengthen the proximity of tax services, optimize the collection of local revenue, and effectively support the ongoing decentralization process in Cameroon.
