Consultations have taken place in this direction at the Fecacyclisme headquarters between the head of the executive and the promoter.
The President of the Cameroonian Cycling Federation (Fecacyclisme), Honoré Yossi, presided this Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at the federal headquarters in Yaoundé, over an important working session dedicated to the development of urban cycling. The meeting brought together the promoter of cycling tours in the capital, Suzanne Djombi Nkaké, accompanied by her collaborator.
The project leaders came to present to the Fecacyclisme Executive Board an initiative aimed at organizing cycling tours for all categories in Yaoundé. To this end, they requested the technical support of the federation to ensure the proper organization and compliance of the event with current standards.
Honoré Yossi welcomed this initiative, which he described as commendable and in line with the federation’s statutory missions, particularly the promotion and development of cycling in Cameroon. He invited the promoters to work in close synergy with Fecacyclisme to make this project a true lever for sports and civic engagement in the city of Yaoundé.
